During the process of grape picking and ripening, there is periodic testing of the sugar and aroma. The temperature is constantly monitored. Ageing time Within 3 – 5 years

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby colour, concentrated black fruit flavours, liquorice. Tannins are well rounded, creating a sophisticated taste.

 

Pairings

Suitable for Chinese meat dishes, fried beef, pork, chicken strips and tofu, grilled vegetables and chocolate desserts.
